Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation Rights

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel an order at no cost within 8 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead return the item in accordance with our Return Policy (Section 2).

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for:

  • Damaged/Defective Tires: If items arrive damaged or defective, documented with photos/videos within 2 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what was ordered.
  • Unopened Returns: Tires returned in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Initiate a Request: Contact our support team at support@kisantyres.net with your order number and reason for refund.
  • Approval: Refunds are approved after inspection of returned items (if applicable).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and issued via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom/Special Order Tires: Tires modified per your specifications (e.g., custom tread patterns, sizes).
  • Clearance/Final Sale Items: Products marked “non-returnable” or “final sale.”
  • Used Tires: Tires that show signs of installation or use.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: You are responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Refund Exceptions

  • Delayed Refunds: If not received within 3 days, contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.
  • Currency Fluctuations: Refunds are issued in the original currency and amount paid.
